Starling May was born from a desire to do a job that I can be proud of without comprise.

My international career has strengthened my belief that diversity is hugely enriching and having seen the benefits in both personal and professional contexts, it makes me a proud champion for diversity and inclusion. My recruitment career began in 2003 and my success has enabled me to relocate internationally, recruiting for the worlds’ leading multinational companies, research institutes, start-ups and SMEs, all with one common denominator, STEM.
